I Just Have to Share

Leading a Craftastic Life is one of my all time favorite blogs.  Kristin hosts a new challenge every month with a LO Sketch, a Card Sketch, Shopping List (my fav) and an Outta the Box which is something different every month.  Not to mention she offers an amazing RAK, below is this months.

If you you like to try new tutorials then it's covered.  There are videos from different flowers to covering chipboard and even bleach stamping.  If you aren't into doing your own scrapbooking she also has a variety of items in her Etsy Shop.   Check out this super cute picture frame.

She is someone that I have never met in person just though the blogging world and has been super helpful with tips and suggestions.  Just a nice and genuine person.  I just had to share her with you all.

It's Your Day

My first project with my new cricut.  Trinity was so excited about mamas new present she really wanted to help.  Plus, the gift was for her cousin Hailey's Birthday.

Creating All Around

My DH got this new desk for my scrappy corner.  I was using a folding card table.  Now I have twice the amount of space and I still don't have enough room for it all.  :)

For Christmas, Meme, my grandmother bought Trinity a new art desk.  She is really into drawing, cutting, painting, cutting, coloring, cutting and really anything creative.  Now she has her own little space right next to me.

7

I got a phone call on my way to work that my little man hit his head on my BIL & SIL coffee table.  I had to take him to the doctor and he got 7 stitches above his right eye.  A very long and stressful day.  Now several months later it makes for a great moment to scrap.

to much FUN

The Stuck?! Sketch site is one of my favorites.  Below is my LO I did for the December 1st sketch.  I'm hoping to have some time to work on the December 15th sketch.  It looks like a lot of fun.  Stuck?! is also having a CT Call for the next six months.  I am thinking about submitting an application.

Don't Laugh

Ok, so here are the first two things I have knit.  I'm working on two more wash cloths.  Another green one and another made with multi pastel colors.

Trivet made from Wool

Wash Cloth made from Cotton

New Pictures Are In

I picked up my pictures the other day, all 289 of them.  Sorted through and picked out the ones that I want to scrap.  I sat down a scrapped one page of my son with my hubby.  Of course I can't find my USB cable anywhere, go figure.  Hopefully, I'll be able to post some new work for you all tomorrow.

Now to my more recent addiction, knitting.  I'll be posting pictures of that really soon too.  I have fully completed a wool trivet and a cotton wash cloth for my big sis.  I have started two other wash clothes.  My next goal is to learn how to pearl.  Then I really want to knit a scarf using a pattern.  However, some days I still feel like my little kitty friend.  :)

No Scrapping :(

So last night I FINALLY had some time to sit down and scrap.  Then I realized that I had no pictures.  I forgot that I scrapped all of them.  So, off to Costco I go tonight to pick up my next batch.  Hopefully, I'll have some new work to post soon.

I Agree...Sanity's Overrated

Sanity's Overrated is a cool blog from a crazed SAHM of two wonderful boys.  Her book reviews are wonderful and I have added a few of her book suggestion onto my own library list.  She is a talented crafter and I find her blog very interesting.  And, a lover of Swap-Bot like myself.  Pop on over and check out her blog when you get a chance.
