November Challenge! - Scrap It Girl

I'm Alive - Promise

I know it's been a few months since my move and my last post.  I just want to let y'all know that I'm a live and will start posting more often again now that we are starting to get settled in here in Tennessee. 

The Big MOVE

It is official technically I'm no longer a California Girl.  We have made a big move, Hello Tennessee.  If you don't see me around as much don't worry I'll still here and I will be scrapping again.

Mother’s or Mother Nature? May’s Challenge!

Welcome to our May Challenge at Scrap It Girl.   This months challenge is about mothers, your own mother, someone elses or something to do with mother nature.

I did a card for my mother-in-law.  It says mothers on the outside and day on the the inside with another sentiment.  I made sure to snap the photo with a little mother nature in the background as well.  ;)

6th Birthday Party

For April's challenge at Scrap It Girl it's all about tags or bags!  I picked up these cute little bags (bottom left corner) a few months back and have been dieing to use them.  What a perfect opportunity!!! 

These are photos from my daughters 6th birthday.  About time a get around to scrapping them since she will be turning 7 this year.  We decided to do a simple birthday with just family at my grandparents house that year because we took both kiddos to Legoland for their birthdays.

Today I'm sharing with you my last layout I did for the Memory Nest DT.  It's been great being on Leslie's design team.  She has been a wonderful person to work with and I hope to participate in her challenges in the future.  This week is a color challenge with a twist.

Make It Monday No. 10 - New Sketch Designer

Hello All.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed watching the big game.  Today we are bringing you a new sketch from another new sketch designer, Kellie Guzman.  I can't wait to seeing how you create with this great sketch from Kelly for The Memory Nest.

Here is my take on the sketch.  I rare sight of my husband in front of a camera.  My two men were having so much fun he didn't mind (as much) that I was snapping photos.
