November Challenge: Photo Inspired

My November challenge is up at and running at S4A.

This month it's photo inspired.  What inspires you of course is up to you.  It could be the colors, shapes, items in the photo, etc...as long as I can see what inspired you.

I love scrapping primary colors which is one of the reasons I picked this photo. 

The Cutting Cafe Challenge

This month at Sketches4All we have a really great challenge and also for the second time...REGINA EASTER from the Cutting Cafe is our challenge sponsor!! 

We were given some amazing sets of stamps to work with and our lovely DT created some fun projects with these great stamps.

Our challenge to you is to create anything with a STAMP on it.   They can be ANY stamps ~ they don't have to be from The Cutting Cafe.  They can be physical stamps or digi.

It can be a tag, layout, card, altered, etc., please not more then 3 entries.  The challenge starts October 15th and ends on October 29th.  The winner will be announced November 1st.  The DT will choose a winner and that winner will receive 3 wonderful sets from the Cutting Cafe.

My October challenge is up at S4A.  This month we are going shopping.  I picked ribbon, yellow, flowers, 2 diff card stock and a punch.

Back To School

Since Trinity started Kindergarten a few weeks back I've been wanting to make a little something for her teacher, Mrs. Morales.  I sat down last night and created her this card.

4 More Done

28. Take my kids to the tide pools.

 Finally went with my sister and my kiddos.  Still not sure if we found the right spot but it was fun none the less.

 31. Take a drive with an unplanned destination.

 Took a drive up the mountain.  We stopped so you can see our house.

 At the San Juan Capistrano Mission.  Then my batteries went died.  After we went to the pier, beach, got a burger, stopped by a candy shop then home for nap time.

59. Make a pie from scratch. (This includes the crust.)

Decided to make an apple pie for the 4th of July.

81.  Make gravy from scratch.

 Now that I've done it once I've made it a few times.  Not as hard as I thought it would be.
